Been using this Pharmacy for years. The experience has been good for me. Just have to remember that sometimes the lines are long and have to be patient.

I received a text stating that my prescription would be ready after 3pm on Friday. On Sunday I wait for forever in a stagnant line only to finally learn that my medicine was not available. The pharmacist said that the text notifications are automated. Why send them in the first place? I'm so annoyed that I have to come back again tomorrow. They need to fix their automated communication system as it's very misleading/inaccurate.

I want to preface this by saying I am not one to exaggerate or post reviews out of spite or anger. The poor service and unreliability of this pharmacy over the past 2 years has been appalling. On numerous occasions, I have been told that my script was filled and then showed up to find out that there was some issue that prevented them from completing this. Reaching them by phone is a nightmare, requiring multiple calls to reach a real person after being put on hold numerous times. If you have a controlled script, be prepared to wait for an additional 5-15 minutes, as they recently started a process of making you wait for them to open the safe. I dread interacting with one staff member who has repeatedly made rude remarks (everyone else is professional and kind, hence an extra star).
