This store is running by two people that won’t tell you exactly what amount you have to pay out of pocket.the woman said one price and bait and switch everything and the man in store tells you completely different price and when I said she gave us 45% less, can you ask her then he said she is having lunch and it’s against the law to call her. So we got up and left. I couldn’t trust them.

I've been coming here for years because i like my optician there, and I also always buy glasses from this location because of the convenience. One thing I always liked about lens crafters is how they would always help with adjustment or nose pad replacements if you needed it no matter the location you bought it from. I had come in for my yearly exam and learned I needed a new pair with prescription but had plan to come back another day to pick out new lenses. I even mentioned to my optician i needed and adjustment and she said they could help me with that at the front like they had always in the past. As I was being checked out I asked if they could help with adjustment since they had recently started bothering, my nose sales person told me they don't do that and she doesn't know how. I mentioned I bought them there less than a year ago and I had gotten them adjusted with no problem. She then got on the computer look it up on the computer if it was true then proceeded to tell me that i could pick out a replacement frame for $50 dollars. I asked if that would include prescription she went to talk to another gentlemen and the answer was no. I mentioned how I had always gotten adjustments no problem from this location and but she kept bringing up the $50 dollar frames. I replied there's no point in getting new frames if I have to get new lenses anyways. Then she said that my prescription is the same, I'm like its not I just got a new one today. So then I asked for nose pads replacement, at this time a gentlemen came over and adjusted the frame a little. And as i was leaving I mentioned how I had always came back later and chose my new frames, he added that they could help me find new frames. Like seriously dude you're more interested in pushing frames on me than helping me get an adjustment on my current pair. I was the only person at the floor at the time as well so not like it was busy. I will still see my optician here, but will be taking my prescription and buying my glasses elsewhere from now on.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
