  The BEST experience. My initial experience a few weeks ago with just myself was great. Zoe was right there, ready to help. I loved the glasses she was wearing and she showed me where they were, and I ended up getting the same pair! Fast forward my husband and I both picking up our new glasses and Chris was just fantastic. However my husbands rx wasn’t perfect/was off, and even Chris was perplexed at the outside prescription my Husband received from a different company months ago. We decided to utilize the 90 day fix-it policy and booked with Dr Ceballos and we are SO happy we did. My husband felt like she “zero’d in on his eyes” and “she triple checked everything”. He said it was one of the best eye rx exams he’s ever received. He walked out with a huge smile on his face feeling confident with his new and improved Rx. We couldn’t stop talking about our experiences. From Zoe, to Chris and Dr Ceballos, we ended up telling his Mom to go menifee target optical and stop going to our old dr because of how great the process was. Each person was a professional and true master of their craft! 100/10 stars !

  My husband Robert and myself, Janis Rodine, want to say that when we came in to Target Optical, in Menifee, CA, we were greeted with a smile and a friendly Hello. Jasmine, Chris, & Dr. Vanessa, were all three so very kind, helpful, professional, patient with us, and they all made our experience a very good one. We wanted to say this about them because they are very special and they made us feel so very comfortable and at ease. We are so happy that we chose Target Optical as our place for our eye exam and our choice to get frames with our new lenses. A great Big Thank You again to Dr. Vanessa, Jasmine, and Chris. We truly appreciate all of you so very much!!! You made this a great experience for us. We were surprised at how quickly our order was completed, too!!   I had an amazing experience at the Target Optical store, all thanks to Jasmine! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Jasmine took her time to help me find the perfect frames and made sure everything was adjusted perfectly. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back to see her!

  10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND: if you are looking for a new optometrist, look no further. Professional, kind, good communication and much more. Clean spacious office space. Personally, my appointment was quick and easy (no underlying conditions). Dr was easy to talk to and open to questions throughout the appointment. I will definitely be back and bring back other family members.

  I’ve been living in this area for more than 20 years, and I feel so lucky to have this optical near me, specially Dr. Tracy Ngo, she is an amazing doctor, she cares about you as a person, not just as a client, and she is very professional. Also Zoe, she is so adorable, so helpful, so smart and very knowledgeable about this business, she helps me always in so many ways, Chris and the rest of the staff are always there also making me feel welcome. I just love this place, the best service in the whole south of California I believe! :)
