  My experience at Advanced Dermatology was very good overall. The doctor and medical staff were kind, attentive, and professional. The doctor addressed my concerns right away, provided excellent information, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. My only criticism would be the front desk. While they were efficient, they came across as a bit cold and could benefit from being more welcoming and friendly. A smile and a warmer attitude would make a big difference in the patient experience. I'm giving 4 stars because of the front desk experience. Otherwise, this would have easily been a 5-star review. The doctor and medical staff were excellent, and I would still recommend this office to others.

  On June 16, 2026 I saw Nurse Claire for a procedure. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. Her expertise made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing professional care.

  I visit this place I don't think doctors there know what they doing when patients visit they care about there insurance more of a patient if he /she in bad situation and need help. Sorry no can help insurance first And waiting time for an appointment months no way go back there even if the visit is free

  These reviews are awful!! Why dont patients report these doctors to the State Medical Board, your Insurance carrier and especially Medicare if you are a senior. This used to be a great office when they were off of Bradley Rd. Friends of mine travel to the Hemet office, which they say is terrific, because their ins also has this group listed. Good luck people BUT stop letting them get away with disrespecting you!! Hit them where it hurts, their wallets!! REPORT THEM before real harm is done!!

  Dont even bother with this place. They told me to make an appointment online, so i made an appointment request online, got a text message and email with confirmation of location, date and time. Went to my appointment and they told me i had no appointments. Rude staff argued with me that my confirmation wasn’t actually confirmation. Made no sense and it was a waste of time. Lost my business and wont be referring anyone either.
