  I started working with Comfort Keepers in Marysville at the beginning of October when my 95 yr old mom fell and needed more overall assistance with daily activities. I choose CK because of their broader network of caregivers and their flexibility, as we didn't know to what extent mom would recover. I appreciated that if a caregiver was sick or had to adjust a schedule they always covered it and informed me of the change in advance. I also wanted an organization that could easily transition to more extensive 24 hour care if needed. I was extremely happy with the support I received working with the office staff to find the caregivers well suited to my moms situation. I also requested several shift adjustments to work around family shifts and also when we did need to change quickly to 24 hr hospice type care. The office staff was extremely supportive and flexible. The caregivers were all on time, professional and so kind. Mom was well cared for in the last three months of her life and she was able to transition peacefully in her own home because of the care and support Comfort Keepers provided. Our family is extremely grateful and I highly recommend their services.

There is no one else I would trust more to make sure my loved ones are safe knowing they are in good hands.   Comfort Keepers provided care for both of my parents in their final weeks and it was an absolute blessing! As much as our family would have liked to be there 24/7, with children and full time jobs that simply was not possible and Comfort Keepers was able to bridge that gap. In most situations the nurses were great at showing up and fitting right in. However, given my parent's state of mind, not all nurses were the right fit. But all it took was a single call to the office in those couple situations and the office staff was very easy to work with in scheduling a replacement right away. After my mom passed, simply having someone around to talk to went so far in helping my father through his final weeks without feeling so alone when family could not be there. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers to help manage in home for anyone who feels they need it.
