  Glad that the employees knew so much about what questions I was requesting.Found exactly what I needed and going back for another supplement next week.

  Update 10 months later, 5/20/25 Literally just walked out. I walked in the store, no one was there. As I'm looking at a product I've used for years, the salesman comes out and greets me. He then proceeds to asking me why I'm looking at the product that has its own section on the wall floor to ceiling. I told him it tastes great. I was then told that it's so bad for me. WTH?!?! So before asking about my needs, both physical and health as to why maybe I use this product, I'm told it's bad for me. Why do you sell a product that is bad for your customers health? I asked him about supporting the products he sells in the store. His answer, "not that one." I was told things got better at this location, it seems to have gotten worse. Came in looking for a brand you carry last Fri. The only employee working was no where around. After I found him and asked if you had more flavors of the brand, he told me that the brand was garbage and that I didn't want it. I asked about another product and was not offered help to find. I left without purchasing and will not be back.

  Locked door before closing time. Workers sat there and watched me try to open the door and didn’t make eye contact. Simple purchase need and the business missed out because the employees (yes, TWO OF THEM) couldn’t stand there and chat while ringing me up for something that would have taken 30 seconds. Lazy lazy lazy. So frustrating!!! I should add, it was 8:56pm. They weren’t supposed to close until 9:00pm.

  i feel that customer reviews are very important, for future costumers, gnc has a lot of great products, the only issue for me was the sales person, yea he obviously had the great body for working there but as far as wanting to be helpful and give information about the product he was NOT enthusiastic, very plain. im new to this weightloss thing since i used to have a good body before having 2 kids, and needed a product that would help, i asked the sales person and he was very plain about explaining the product he was trying to sale, not enthusiastic at ALL. i hope next time i shop there and need help there is someone different working.
