    I had a great experience with my eye exam. The appointment was quick and efficient, but I never felt rushed. The doctor was friendly, personable, and took the time to make the experience feel comfortable and personal. I really appreciated how easy and pleasant the whole visit was. I’d definitely recommend this office!

    I’ve been getting my eyes checked here for a few years already and they always take care of me! They make feel comfortable and always answer my questions! Their service is great!

    Felt rushed. Dr didn't explain clearly for my age, spoke incredibly fast, told me I had cataracts n needed surgery in spite of not having one symptom, just wanted normal eye exam n new glasses. Felt like Dr was trying to upsell me on expensive out of pocket surgery even tho I told her I was a low income senior. Didn't bother to respectfully ask what name I prefer to be called instead of Mam... She was nice, smart, friendly, talked fast like a salesman rather a doctor who takes time to explain, lost confidence n trust half way thru... Left feeling pressured to get surgery n get new glasses. Also, wasn't comfortable with sight analysis. $100 down the drain. Will try elsewhere. As investigative journalist, researched her observations upon return to office, I don't have one symptom of cataracts so do not need surgery. At least not yet. But what I did find is that she sounded almost as if she was just repeating what I found online. I didn't feel like a patient/person. I felt like a number. Will go elsewhere, look for doctor who treats ppl more like family or friend. Not a number, not pressure into a surgery I don't need!
