I get it- the Rite Aid down the street has closed so I’m sure all the overflow has come here. But I would think there would be something in place to handle the over flow! Can you set up an extra checkout in the “consultation” room? An annex trailer in the parking lot? This is ridiculous (and I’m sure very stressful for everyone who works here! They are all very friendly but it’s got to be REALLY SUCKY for them!!) Tried to come by twice on 7/10. Each time there were 10+ people in line… didn’t have time to wait. Am here now at 9am (when they open) and there are 12 people ahead of me. I love the staff here but this has got to be unmanageable for them (and for many of the elderly patrons who need their medications.)

He spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with my insurance to get the prescription covered for my sick baby. I’m so thankful! And in that time I saw him interact with kindness and compassion with many other customers. He’s one of a kind!
