- BDBeckie DelgadoSep 23, 20265.0I've been purchasing glasses from Warby Parker for almost ten years. I love the Los Gatos location because the staff is extremely helpful. I rarely have issues or complaints when I buy prescription glasses and sunglasses from Warby Parker, but the last two times I had minor lens issues, the staff helped resolve them both times. This is a very customer focused/friendly location!
- JHJASON HSep 5, 20265.0I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Julie and Erin. It was my first time acquiring glasses and I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. These ladies were fantastic! They were both patient and informative. Seriously excellent service! I will be returning and recommending Warby Parker for this exact reason. It's nice to deal with nice people. Great job ladies!!!!
- TSTamara ShataraAug 19, 20265.0This is the 1st time I have bought glasses here and it was wonderful. The prices were reasonable, the associate who helped me was so helpful and the whole process was painless and easy.
