  The instructors are great, and I enjoy the classes, but the membership policies are disappointing, especially for anyone who needs flexibility with their schedule. I have a 4-class-per-month membership, and according to Club Pilates' official policy, late cancellations and no-shows should result in losing a class credit. However, this location charges $35 for late cancellations and $45 for no-shows, even when members have unused credits. It felt like a scam even I pointed out their company policy. To make matters worse, these charges already include an additional $20 late-payment fee, without first notifying members of the original penalty or giving them a chance to pay it before adding the extra fee. I understand the need for cancellation policies, but charging extra fees instead of using prepaid credits feels excessive and unfair. It makes me question whether this location prioritizes collecting additional fees over providing a fair membership experience. Great classes, but I wouldn't recommend the membership to anyone with an unpredictable work schedule.

  Signed up 2 months ago following recommendation of a friend- very happy with everything that is going on so far! Love classes and instructors! Minnie, Gaby, Fritzie for now are my favorites. Gaby was the one who I had an intro class with and I was inspired to sign up! Isabella at the front desk is amazing and very kind- she made me change my plan and sign up for the annual membership today. P.s. I came here to share how happy I am with them - and I was shocked to see bad reviews. Though all of them are over a year ago. All I can say I guess one year can make a big deference. And bathroom is working!! lol

  I’ve been coming to Club Pilates Los Gatos for a while now, and it’s been a great experience. The studio has a welcoming atmosphere, it’s always clean, and everyone is so friendly. I’ve taken classes with Yvonne, Michaela, Amy, Gabriela, and Minnie, along with the substitute instructors Elaine and Laura. I usually book the classes that work best with my schedule, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed every class I’ve attended. Each instructor has their own style, but they’re all knowledgeable, encouraging, and make the workouts both challenging and fun. They take the time to explain the movements, offer modifications when needed, and create a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable. I always leave class feeling stronger and more energized. I highly recommend Club Pilates Los Gatos to anyone looking for a friendly, supportive, and high-quality Pilates experience!

  There’s an very old blond woman who works as an instructor here and she’s almost laughably rude. I showed up to my first class ever looking to potentially get a membership and she was so weird and demeaning that I made up an excuse to leave early. The studio was empty and I was literally her only student, and I can certainly see why no one signs up to take her classes!
