- JDJC DAug 22, 20265.0Warby Parker is a great place to get your eye exam and glasses in one spot. We love the location on W 3rd Street. The eye doctor seems to be doing a great job. All the employees are great. Eric even goes above and beyond and had some frames prepared for my last visit that he thought I would like. I definitely recommend warby and specifically this location. We tried other ones (Silverlake š) and century city and keep coming back to this one. On another note, my husband is an actor with quite a big social media following and he is obsessed with warby parker. He has over 30 pairs of glasses, no joke. Is there a way to have him be a spokesperson or is there an affiliate program. He would love that!!

- NWNiklas WeikertJul 27, 20265.0I've been meaning to write this review for weeks but I lost the card for the employee that helped me and I really wanted to call her out by name. I'm 90% sure it was Ivana, I think she might be the store manager? I have been off and on trying to get contacts for 15-20 years. I hated the idea of touching my ideas and struggled so hard to even come close to putting one in. Ivana sat with me for 45min the first day, most of which was spent just trying to take out the contact that the optometrist had put in for me. I'm pretty sure Ivana ended up taking them out for me. I booked a second appointment just to try and get them in and out on my own. She sat patiently with me for another 45min as I struggled. She was attentive and offered different methods for me to try, she stayed positive and I eventually got them in and out 3 times. I had a trip to go snorkeling coming up with prompted me to try and do contact again. I did the rush shipping but it was looking like my contact still may not arrive in time, so I went back to see if I could get another trail pare just to be safe. She ended up giving me a few pairs so I could practice before my trip. Thankfully they did arrive in time but I was thankful to have backups. All in all Ivana was amazing, the rest of the staff was also helpful and encouraging. I will hands down be back if and when I need to rep my prescription. Thank y'all for improving my quality of life after so many failed attempts at other places <3
