They are welcoming and I appreciate their patience and advice (selecting the right design isn't always easy). Pricing is transparent, too. Having an eye exam on site before picking your eyeglasses model is very convenient and the online appointment booking is easy. I also like that they don't discontinue our favorite models after one year (in my case, Oliver, in blue and brown, which I have repurchased three times over the years). I hope they will keep it!

Also, I forgot about the strength of the lenses but she helped me find the right ones. Overall it was very pleasant experience.
