She helps us pick out new glasses every year, and we honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Carly is incredibly personable and kind, and she has an amazing eye for what styles work best with different face shapes—it makes the whole process feel easy and fun. She guided us through our selections with confidence and made sure our orders were placed quickly and efficiently. Even though the Abbott Kinney location isn’t the closest one to us, we’ll absolutely keep coming back because of Carly. She truly makes the experience exceptional!

They were both very knowledgeable about all of the glasses (knew every single pair of their glasses off the top of the head, which made their suggestions that much more meaningful) and made suggestions based on my style preferences and face structure- I even ended up choosing one of their recs. I would say that the customer service from them went above and beyond what could have been expected. I ended up purchasing a pair of rx glasses and sunglasses which combined were cheaper than one pair of glasses from my optometrist. They were able to get me a discount on both glasses as well as a rebate from my insurance.
