SCFHC opened its Vernon Medical Center in July 2017. This 8,000 sq. feet state-of-the-art facility was built from the ground up.
The Vernon Medical Center currently is the home for the S. Mark Taper Women's Health Center. This includes OBY/GYN services, prenatal/postpartum care, and the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP).
This center also contains the Chronic Disease Management Center. This includes 4 unique management teams for Diabetes, Hypertension, HIV, and Tobacco Cessation.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the Vernon Medical Center also housed the clinic's main testing and vaccination site.
