- TPTatiana Pavlova-ColemanAug 19, 20262.0I really wanated to sign up fo rthis gym since i just moved literally across the street. However, the person at the desk had zero interest to engage with me in any way or make me feel welcome. Talking to her was like pulling teeth. Then I asked for any sign in promotion since their sign outside states opening rates available... she said - oh, well, we have been here for 5 years so no such rates are available... which is ok, but then how about removing that sign. One more thing - I walked by yesterday and saw a trainer on his phone while the prson was doing their excercises. That is sometging I hate - if I am paying someone for a private session - they better leave their phone somewhere. This of course, likely has notthing to do with the gym, as the trainers are not their employees.
