  My results from Dr. Rawnsley turned out soo good!! I got revision rhinoplasty (10 years ago was my first), chin implant, and chin lipo. I look and feel great. Recovery was so fast and easy! I was back to my regular social schedule by the 2nd week!! This investment in myself is going to pay off 100x.

  Dr. Rawnsley is an exceptional surgeon! He has a keen eye for details. He has the best bedside manners I have come across in a long time. So warm and understanding. Such a pleasure to interact with. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to achieve it. Erin Cohen, his patient coordinator, is simply the best. I was treated with such care and respect and consistent follow up before and after my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Rawnsley and his team!!

  I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Rawnsley in Los Angeles and at just three weeks post-op my results already look amazing. I’m still swollen, but the improvement is clear and very natural. My nose had been severely botched decades ago with asymmetry, crookedness, a protruding cartilage tip, and a depression at the bridge. Despite limited cartilage from the previous surgery, Dr. Rawnsley was able to correct all of these issues. I was especially impressed with his surgical judgment—he even adjusted the plan mid-surgery when a cartilage graft from my ear didn’t create the best aesthetic result. If you’re considering rhinoplasty, especially revision, choose a surgeon with deep experience in revision cases. I chose Dr. Rawnsley because of his extensive UCLA training and his natural-looking results. His skill and experience mattered most to me when selecting a surgeon. I got caught up in flashing Instagram doctors but I’d rather have a UCLA trained doctor with 25 years of experience over an influencer!

  I could not be more grateful and thankful to Dr. Rawnsley, who has truly changed my life and the way I see and feel about myself and my appearance. I had rhinoplasty many years ago and disliked the results, it did not suit my face and I was always so self conscious of it. It felt like it was a black spot on my appearance. I tried to accept it but could never get past it. It took many years of being unhappy to finally consider trying to have it fixed, as the last thing I wanted was the possibility of it looking worse. I am so glad I took the decision now, having found Dr. Rawnsley. I looked at a few surgeons and I made the decision to go and see Dr. Rawnsley based on instinctively liking the information on Dr. Rawnsley's website, which was very thorough and also displayed his deep expertise and authenticity with his work and with patients. The before and afters helped too as the results were plain to see. I couldn't have been more right. After the consultation, I came away I very excited. Dr. Rawnsley immediately identified the problems with my previous surgery and suggested changes that matched my face, so my nose blended in and looked perfect. I felt very confident with Dr. Rawnsley and made the decision to proceed quickly. On the day of the surgery, I was not nervous. However literally five minutes before, I wanted to make a slight change to what we has agreed. I was so impressed with the way Dr. Rawnsley handled this and we agreed a slight change in a couple of minutes. I wonder if other surgeons would not want to make changes right before the surgery - but I think Dr. Rawnsley is such a talented surgeon he can handle anything. The surgery went so well and I was comfortable after coming round. There was a bit of swelling and no bruising. I could see the improvement even with the cast on. After the cast was removed, I was amazed! And now 4 weeks after surgery, I am so very happy! The swelling has really gone down and it is healing up nicely. I am so proud of my look and stopped feeling self conscious immediately. I can't believe how Dr. Rawnsley was able to turn the old nose into this! It is just perfect and its the look I should have had the first time around! The skill involved is incredible. I am so very grateful to Dr. Rawnsley, for his care, expertise and authenticity - Dr. Rawnsley is really a first class plastic surgeon - and this comes through in the consultation. Dr. Rawnsley did exactly what he said he would and the results exceeded my expectations. I would encourage any one who is worried about their nose to go and see Dr. Rawnsley. Dr. Rawnsley's office (Suzanne) is also stellar and is the most efficient and lovely person! All in all it was a life changing and wonderful experience. Thank you Dr. Rawnsley!
