  Dangerously Unreliable – Go Anywhere Else I really feel like people need to be warned about this pharmacy. I switched from my local pharmacy to this Ralphs location thinking it would be more efficient and better stocked. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Every single time I’ve used this pharmacy, there’s been an issue. Most recently, I’ve been waiting over a week for a medication I urgently need. I’ve been literally struggling to survive every single day while juggling work and the weight of life—just trying to hold on until this prescription was ready. After a full week of waiting, I showed up expecting it to finally be ready, and… nothing. It still wasn’t filled. No call. No update. No urgency. Just silence while I’m barely functioning. And this isn’t the first time. I once needed an EpiPen—a life-saving medication—and waited a full week only to be told it was ready. When I got there, it had “disappeared.” I then had to wait another week for a replacement. That’s two weeks without something that could literally save my life. I want to be clear: I have family in the medical field. I have deep respect and gratitude for the people who work in healthcare. I know it’s not easy. I’ve tried to be patient with this pharmacy, truly. But after time and time and time again of being dismissed, misled, or simply not cared for—I have to say something.

  Love the main pharmacist here. He knows me by sight. I keep coming here even though it's not the closest pharmacy. Plus the store has coffee yogurt on Saturday :-)

  This is the store that had worse customer service especially this employees Tiny & Janis. I bought a soda Tuesday morning & it’s 3 for $11 & then the next day it came out that it’s on sale for 4 for $11 . So I went today with my receipt & I told Janis the situation & told her that I leave far 15 miles to that store & she said I can return & then rebuy it. I told her that i didn’t bring it . So went to shops some stop & bought the 4 sodas . Then after paying my stuff ( more than $100) I ask this Tony & Janis if I can return the 3 the same soda but both of them said no cause they want the one I bought last Tuesday. I explained to them that it’s the same soda & they insisting that I need to bring those. I’m so loyal to this store cause I bought everything what we need in this store every week but that will be my last to enter in that store. And I end up returning all I bought today .Tony & Janis should learn or retrain for good customer service especially the loyal customer.
