This store has a great location and a very kind staff. Great customer service which is so rare these days! I was recommended to come by my friend and it didn't disappoint. Special thanks to the store manager Saeed who went above and beyond to deliver a great experience.

Great and fast customer service! Accidentally broke the nylon string on one of my lenses (rimless frames), and Saeed was friendly and made sure the repair was done on the spot while I waited. Will definitely come back again, great selection of frames and sunglasses as well!

5:30 p.m. Saturday. The optometrist is out for the weekend. We schedule two eye exams for Monday. The store manager invites us to browse and offers to hold our favorite frames until Monday. Shopping for glasses. Music is playing. Comparing frames. Asking my mother what she thinks. Shortly after the manager leaves… The music stops. Silence. Then comes the sound of the window security gate rolling shut. The entire atmosphere changes. An employee sits facing us. Her back to the front door. Every time we look up, she’s looking back. We stop feeling like customers. We start feeling like we’ve overstayed our welcome. We look at each other. We ask: “Are you closing?” “No. We close at 7.” 90 minutes left. “It’s awkward without the music.” “It’s OK. Don’t worry. We listen to the music for 8 hours a day, and it gets tiring.” The music eventually comes back on. It doesn’t matter. Neither of us feels comfortable continuing to shop. The atmosphere is gone. So is the welcome. The message sent was louder than the music ever was. ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈୨୧┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ This was our experience this weekend at the W. Pico LensCrafters. ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈୨୧┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ Music is part of the shopping experience. It helps customers relax, browse, and feel comfortable making a major purchase. Turning it off while customers are still shopping sends the complete opposite message. ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈୨୧┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ One employee made us rush to leave. Thankfully, another reminded us why we came. We were told my glasses couldn’t safely be adjusted any further. Jennie looked at them, smiled, adjusted them anyway, and made them feel brand new in minutes. Fast. Skilled. Confident. Irreplaceable. Jennie deserves a promotion. A brand is built one customer at a time. On Saturday, Jennie protected yours.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
