Was served by Oscar and Ariel who succeeded in an almost impossible task of finding a new frame to fit the lenses. Oscar worked in the lenses for more than half an hour with perfect results for which I wasn't charged!! Amazing service by two helpful and optimistic people. I highly recommend their work.

I've been putting off updating my glasses because of expense and inconvenience for the whole year! I actually have vision coverage through Kaiser BUT their glasses are expensive and take forever to process. I've used companies like Payne and Warby Parker - but it's a lot of guesswork. The quality of the glasses is too variable. So, yesterday morning I had the great fortune to have all my glasses-needs met at this location. Ariel really listened to me and made some helpful suggestions that ultimately led me to finding the perfect pair. We were laughing about the fact that, "They might even be done today!" Sure enough, I got the call around 6pm that my glasses were ready. Incredible. I will never put off waiting for glasses again - I also told Ariel I'm bringing the whole family back and coming to shop for some sunglasses! Thank you Ariel and the Beverly Lenscrafters team for the fantastic service!
