The Westfield store has a much better selection, and the customer service is excellent. Jesus greeted me right away and asked if I needed help. After I explained what I was looking for, he took the time to help me find the right style and color. It took me a while to decide, but he was patient and thoughtful throughout the process. I kept going back and forth between the caramel tortoise and the root tortoise, and with Jesus’s help, I was finally able to choose the pair that suited me best. Once I received the frames, I noticed that the pattern variation was off. Luz, the manager, went out of her way to help me figure out the best possible solution to address the issue. She was attentive, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping me find a satisfactory outcome. I’m truly grateful and very pleased with the level of customer service I received from both Jesus and Luz. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication made all the difference.
