  Length of program mattered a lot to us going in. We'd already tried a quick thirty day stint elsewhere that sent our daughter home with nothing but a discharge summary and a relapse a few weeks later. Launch understood that real, lasting change takes more time, and their structure reflected that patience. Between the clinical therapy, the career coaching, and the supportive sober living transition, she had a full runway to actually practice what she learned before facing life completely on her own again. That structure is, I think, the entire reason her recovery has held.

  It was, and remains, my initial conversation with Clint that sold me on the Launch program and its benefits. It is his ongoing availability, responsiveness, and genuine desire to assist when needed and beyond the realm of what, I imagine, is an introductory role to the program that has played a large part in our continued participation. As the point of first contact, compliments to Launch Centers for putting the right person in the right place.
