    My experience at Hybrid has been phenomenal. What stands out specifically from me is the attention and expertise from the personal trainers. Everyone in the team is very welcoming and non-judgemental! I cannot recommend them enough. I want to specifically mention Natalie, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been attentive, responsive, clear, and patient. From day one she has kept checking in with me, making sure everything has been working well and making sure I was comfortable. She helped me create a training and diet plan that worked well with me and helped me find alternatives when needed. She took into account my injury and helped me improve while avoiding stressing it out. Her explanations for workouts helped me understand why we were doing specific motions and how to avoid injuring myself. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Natalie!

    I’ve had a wonderful experience here and finally achieved the body I’d been working toward. I’ll be honest—I’m a demanding client. I only work with female trainers, my schedule is unpredictable, there are plenty of muscle groups I’d rather not train, I have a few specific areas I want to adjust, and I’m dealing with old injuries in my joints, lower back, and wrists to varying degrees. On top of that, I don’t follow a strict diet. Before coming here, I’d tried two other trainers, and neither could adapt to what I actually needed at this stage. Dani is a big part of why I chose this place—she’s always full of energy, and it’s genuinely contagious. And my trainer, Natalie, could not be better👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The plans she designs are effective without ever overworking me. She’s conscientious and dependable, adjusts the program around my lifestyle, and pushes me at exactly the right moments—I look forward to every session. What’s rarest of all is that she truly understands the kind of physique I’m going for. I’m not after the typical bodybuilder look, which takes a much deeper, more nuanced understanding of muscle training to pull off—and she gets it completely. Within three weeks, friends were noticing my definition had improved, after I’d been stuck at a plateau for over half a year. She is hands down the best, and I can’t recommend her enough!!

    My favorite gym by far is Hybrid!!! The classes are great, coaches are super friendly, and the gym itself is very clean. I truly appreciate a clean gym. They also have events which makes you feel part of a community. Coach Alyssa is my favorite!!!❤️

    I cannot say enough good things about this gym and it's trainers and Jon and Dani. Being a bit more mature and due to the physical nature of my job, I am injury prone. Finding a place that focuses not only on results but also on long-term mobility and injury prevention has been invaluable. I have seen tremendous improvements in my physique, strength, balance, and overall fitness, but what impresses me most is how knowledgeable the trainers are about the mechanics of the human body. Every workout is thoughtfully tailored to keep me strong, functional, and injury free, which helps me avoid set backs and down time. The trainers truly understand movement, posture, and proper form, and they know how to adapt exercises to work with your body rather than against it. I always feel challenged. It is rare to find trainers who combine motivation, professionalism, and such a deep understanding of how the body works. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than I have in years. I highly recommend this gym to anyone — especially adults who want expert professional guidance and real results.

    I had a decent experience at the gym. The equipment is solid, but it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. If you’re looking for a good workout, it does the job, just plan your visit wisely.
