  This is a shady store. They aggressively push customers to join their membership program by promising benefits such as discounts and free monthly protein shakes. Once you’re signed up, those benefits gradually disappear. Be careful when purchasing their supplements as well. Many are marketed as premium products with expensive ingredients, but if you do a quick check with ChatGPT their label, you will find out that most of those ingredients are included in such small amounts that they provide little to no meaningful benefit. You’re essentially paying a premium price for marketing rather than substance.

  I have been calling trying to ask if they sell a specific product for the last 2 hours. I click 1 to be transferred to a sales associate and it rings until they answer and hang up. They always hang up. Horrible service. Please fix your customer service! Even on the phone. It counts too!

  I came in here just wanting to get a sample pre workout which is the standard at every GNC I go to. I ask the man at the counter if he has any because I was planning on going on a long hike at Runyon and didn’t want to buy a whole tub of pre workout for a vacation. He was adamant that they didn’t have any samples available which made no sense since all the GNC’s in Northern VA that I’ve been to have had samples all the time. So I left with a can of Lit pre workout which did absolutely nothing.
