    I've tried a lot of different workouts/gyms/studios over the years but club pilates brentwood completely changed the way I think about fitness. if youre looking for TRUE pilates where you'll actually learn proper form, technique AND body awareness while still getting an incredible workout this is the place!!! I originally started coming after injuring my back after overdoing it in HIT classes because it was recommended by a friend as a workout I could continue doing safely since she had joined here after a similar injury. I really had always been into high-intensity workouts but pilates helped me build so much core strength and just overall awareness of my muscles/movement that my back actually started feeling better within a week. I ended up loving it so much that I never went back to HIIT! It's low impact, but don't let that fool you!! and I feel like thats sometimes a misconception about club pilates is that it can be "easy" but it really one of the most challenging and rewarding workouts I've ever done!! especially when you focus on form and as you do it you learn how to really work your muscles One of my favorite things about this studio is the instructors! every single one is knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly cares about helping you improve. they all have their own teaching style and personality while sticking to a core format so every class feels a little different while still delivering an amazing workout The staff and management is also incredible!! Everyone is so welcoming from the moment you walk in and they genuinely do care about their members. whether you're dealing with an injury/need to modify exercises or need to take some time away or unexpected travel/family things happen-- they're always understanding and work with you to find the membership option that makes the most sense for your situation or help with a hold on your monthly renewal when needed if you're on the fence.. just take an intro class or dive in with a 50 minute full session if you have tried reformer somewhere else before, you'll see why so many people become regulars. also to note, even if you LOVEE another workout/have a membership somewhere else- i have brought lots of friends who add it into their routine with a class pack or do the 4x monthly option so they get pilates at least once a week bc they can feel the benefits and it is a great compliment to any current fitness routine. I can't recommend Club Pilates Brentwood enough- thank you guys for being the best!!! (i wish i had more photos to include but just wanted to send this bc i love the springboard and they also have the exo chair as well- so much great equipment incorporated into classes)

    The first time I went, I went in with no experience but everybody is super friendly and supportive! The classes are fun, instructors are amazing and your body feels good after each workout! I’m so glad I gave it a try and now I understand why everybody tells me they love pilates.

    Disgusting predatory business practices, they charge a membership and they sent me to collections after I canceled a credit card because they missed a payment I didnt even know I was paying after calling and canceling my account. Dont go here, better pilates and better people can easily be found all over town.
