The instructors are thorough, supportive, and make everyone feel welcome while still delivering a great workout. I leave every class feeling strong (and sore in the best way!) and always feel amazing afterward. The facility is brand new, super clean, and has all new equipment. The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly and create such a positive, welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a place where you can get a great workout and feel good doing it, this is it!
