The first visit was great everyone was nice and friendly but after that, every appointment has turned into a waste of my time. Today, I drove 45 minutes in rush hour traffic, didn’t send kids to school and when we got there, they told don’t have a provider who accepts our insurance. I never received any cancellation call or message. receptionist insists that someone called me at 8:00 am to cancel my 9:00 am appointment, but I did not receive or answer any call. Even if that call was made, canceling an appointment only one hour before is completely unacceptable, especially after this has happened multiple times. There is lack of respect for other people’s time. Nice apology and a fake smile do not make up for the inconvenience, stress, and time that have been wasted. This experience has completely ruined my trust in this office and has made me regret choosing this place for my children’s dental care. If you are organize person and make a plan for yourself, Don’t choose them.
