During my son's teeth cleaning, the nurse spent much of the time talking with a colleague instead of focusing on the patient. My daughter had to have her X-rays taken twice because the first images were reportedly not clear. While mistakes can happen, it was frustrating that she had to go through the process again. I was also concerned that when the UV curing light was used, no one warned patients or family members to avoid looking directly at the light. Better communication about safety precautions should be a standard part of patient care. I asked several questions about why my children were developing cavities, especially since they brush their teeth twice a day. Although the dentist explained some general causes of cavities, the explanation did not address my children's specific situation or provide practical guidance on what might be contributing to their cavities or how we could better prevent them. Finally, I would like to recognize the professionalism of one of the doctors who treated my daughter. She was attentive, respectful, and made us feel well cared for. Her professionalism was greatly appreciated and is one of the reasons I leave with mixed feelings about the overall experience. While there were several aspects of the visit that I believe could be improved, I also want to acknowledge the excellent care provided by that doctor.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. My daughter came in for her scheduled orthodontic appointment and was in pain due to her braces. We were initially told she would not be seen because of a missed payment from February, even though our account is set up on automatic payments and this was a one-time issue. I resolved the payment the same day, but even after that, we were still made to wait about an hour while the doctor went to lunch instead of addressing a child who was in discomfort. What was most concerning was the behavior of the office manager, Araceli. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and lacked compassion. There was no effort to help, explain, or show understanding just a very cold and unprofessional approach. I do want to acknowledge that the doctor and the rest of the staff were kind and professional, which made the situation even more frustrating because the overall patient experience is clearly being impacted by management. Based on this experience, the office should seriously consider stronger leadership in that role. I understand offices have policies, but denying or delaying care for a child in pain, and treating patients this way, is unacceptable. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle situations like this in the future.

The doctors and receptionists are working hard. The doctors are nice, professional and friendly. Unfortunately the guy working as parking lot staff is disrespectful and rude. I had a disappointing experience today at the dentist office due to the parking lot staff. The individual assisting with parking was rude and unprofessional, which made the visit stressful from the start. I hope management can address this and ensure better customer service in the future. Thank you for all your efforts.
