- LALuz Arroyo4 days ago2.0Ashley has the worst attitude not patient at all with children and very sassy if you can't work with kids this is not the field for you my son has a gagging reflex and she was getting annoyed with him and her patience forget about it she looked annoyed with him even the way she was talking to him when I asked to help she said "no if he can't do it at home he's not going to so it at all im just going to rinse him and I'm done!" In the most ugly tone please have someone other than her brush your kids teeth.

The dentists were nice and caring and all that, but it took them 1.5-2 hours to even see us, regardless of having an appointment. Never again. We switched dentists immediately and the new dentists see us as soon as it’s time for his appointment.

We booked specifically with Dr. Sephr Nassiripour yet when we arrived we learned the office had lied as that Dr. had left this practice a while ago. The new dentist came in and had terrible bedside manners - did not make any eye contact or introduce herself and started poking around in my daughter's mouth and after less than 5 mins declared she needed a route canal. We obviously declined that. Then despite having booked this appointment for a routine check up, we were told that if we wanted to do the appointment there was 1.5 hour wait. What a shameful and awful experience, will never go back and if I could give zero or negative stars, I would.
