The head dentist is incredibly wise, knowledgeable, and compassionate, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make patients feel comfortable. Everyone in the office has such great energy and a positive vibe that it immediately puts you at ease. It truly feels like a place where the staff cares about the community and the people they serve. This is exactly what a neighborhood dentistry should be—professional, warm, trustworthy, and focused on making every patient feel valued.
- ACAlan Chavez6 days ago1.0I financed an extraction here after being promised a specific quality replacement tooth. Instead, they tried to give me a cheap plastic alternative. When I refused it, the doctor actually had the nerve to demand that I take it anyway without installing , clearly just so they could charge me for it.When I still refused, they denied a refund and refused to make it right. They took my money, changed what they were offering, and expected me to accept it.This office completely lacks honesty, transparency, and informed consent. I am filing formal complaints with the Dental Board of California, the Department of Consumer Affairs, and the BBB. Get every promise in writing and avoid this place.
