  Missed an appointment on 6/29/26 (my fault). Get a text for a rebooking for 7/2/26 at 1130am (see uploaded text screenshot). I check in online, upload my ID, and upload my insurance information on 6/30/26. I purchase a Lyft and arrive to my appointment at 1130am. The receptionist informs me that I do not have an appointment and I missed appointments. I show her the text stating that I have an appointment. She states that the text is just a notification to contact the office to schedule an appointment. To me that looks like a scheduled appointment. She then states that I can be seen in 2 hours at 130pm. I could not stay the 2 hours. I accept the accountability for missing the appointment on 6/29/26. AudioNova please take accountability for rescheduling me, not having the appointment available when I arrive, and then flat out lying saying that the text was not an appointment reschedule but a reminder to call the office.

Will offers insights and analysis I've never heard from any other audiologist. He is thorough and patient. He displays empathy and understanding. Get your hearing tested now at Connect Hearing in Beverly Hills. And there is free parking. In Beverly Hills' no less.

  Such a great service. I have had the same hearing aids for 6 years, they still work perfectly and if I have a problem with anything or need to reset them as my hearing changes, I can contact them anytime for a free appointment. They redo my hearing test and reconfigure my hearing aid accordingly. Very personable and experienced team.
