  This pharmacy will get your prescription filled, but their staff will make you feel unwelcome. After 5+ years of using this pharmacy, I finally transferred out because the customer service is so consistently unfriendly. The staff at this pharmacy is the ONLY reason I am transferring to a new pharmacy - I have never had an issue getting prescriptions handled, but they have been regularly unkind, rude, and uncomfortable. The exception to this is Richard, who is kind, helpful, and treats people with dignity and respect. If you have regular prescriptions to fill, I recommend you go to a different pharmacy that cares about having respectful relationships with their customers.

  This is the worst pharmacy ever. I came in yesterday for a refill, they said they had to order it and asked me to come back today. I came back today they said I had to call my doctor to authorize it. I called my doctor to authorize it. I came back an hour later then they said they have to order the medication and it was not ordered. I have been here 4 times already and no medication. I will never work with them again. I’ve been coming here for many years and they lost a good customer with their stupidity. And the people all have attitude and zero customer se give. The guy that works there Rene keeps saying I didn’t talk to him yesterday as if they are not representative of the company they work for.

  I really like the albertson's but I hate the pharmacy. Certain of the pharmacists are downright rude and unhelpful. Multiple calls and prescriptions still go unfulfilled. If you care about your health, I suggest you go elsewhere.

  This is honestly the best pharmacy I’ve ever used! The staff is so kind and helpful. They always work to accommodate my needs whether it be filling a prescription extra quickly or taking the time to answer my questions patiently. The automated texts are so nice too because I always know when my prescriptions are ready. I’m so appreciative of everyone that works here and want to thank you for being my favorite pharmacy since I’ve lived in Los Feliz! Keep up the great work!
