StretchLab Long Beach Exchange offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

    I love the way I feel after my stretch. Autumn is my favorite flexologist. The stretching never hurts and she is always checking on my comfort level. I highly recommend her.

    Ralph is kind, gentle and patient as he checks hiw the movements feel. He is thoughtful as well.

    I had an amazing session with Emma yesterday! She is incredibly warm and tuned right into my requests and my body's cues. She gave focused healing to my hips, neck, and traps—places where I historically store all my tension. I left feeling genuinely cared for and relieved. Highly recommend her!
