  Love going to the stretch lab!! My time spent with Deja, whether 25 mins or 50 min sessions not only help with increasing my mobility and flexibility but are also so therapeutic mentally! I always look forward to my sessions! I Just need to be more consistent.

  Emma is always very welcoming. Makes my day to see her smile and I’m always having A pep in my step after Stretch lab With Emma, she doesn’t excellent awesome amazing job of stretching my body to make it feel much better. It makes me feel as if I walk in with any pain. I always walk out with no pain at all. It’s amazing. Emma is an excellent instructor!!

  Bria saved my pain today was the best stretch i literally feel amazing already and we’re just getting started I highly recommend! Everyone was so nice and supportive and the whole experience was smooth and relaxing plus the music was amazing not your boring slow songs but actually fresh vibe !!
