Stassney has been an amazing instructor—she pays close attention to my form, explains each movement clearly, and tailors each session to my individual needs and abilities. The studio is clean with a great vibe and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I've really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend Stassney and Club Pilates to anyone new to it.
