  The realization of needing hearing aids was a journey on its own and that's how I received a referral from my Medicare coverage which got me to this Connect Hearing / Audio Nova on Ximeno Avenue in Long Beach. Brian Flores and his friendly staff made my first visit comfortable and relaxing. Brian's thoughtfulness and understanding made me ask all the questions that came to mind. On my second visit a few days later when my hearing aids arrived in the office, Brian again taught me how to use, wear, and adjust them. Ultimately, my experience with Brian Flores was comforting, reassuring, and awakening. It's not that bad wearing hearing aids. For me, it's inconspicuous and no one knows I'm wearing one. It's a tool that makes me hear better. I even have an app on my phone to control the volume with my specific surroundings. Pretty impressive. I highly recommend coming here.

  So I receive an email regarding my warranty is about to expire in my hearing aids so I call and make an appointment to get them checked and I’m also due for a new hearing test. I go to my appointment and Randy is such a gem, not only does he provide the test but he also explains that my hearing has improved from the last test I took 3 years ago. Always great to hear good news! I love, love, love this place. I have had nothing less than excellent service. Randy is awesome! He and Jackie are such professionals - always ready to help with whatever you need. The office is so calming and inviting. I couldn’t have made a better choice.
