Randy was the best! He was kind, sincere and warm. I was suspicious originally, thinking I would get a hard sell, but nothing like that happened. Randy was honest and very informative. My hearing turned out to be excellent, so I did not need any hearing devices. I am very thankful for Randy's professionalism and most of all, honestly. Connect hearing is a great place with a good person working there.
