  The wait took FOREVER, at least 30 minutes which is not okay! We like the dentist which makes us want to stay but with dental anxiety, kids should not have to wait that long to be seen. Definitely makes us want to think about switching to a new office.

  I would love to give this office five stars because the doctors and staff are wonderful. Unfortunately, I continue to have issues with the billing department. After almost every visit, I receive calls claiming I owe an outrageous balance or that they don’t have my secondary insurance information—even though it was provided when we first became patients. I’m often told that the amount I paid at the front desk was “only an estimate,” but I paid exactly what I was told would be my out-of-pocket cost at the time of service. Each time, I have to explain that they need to bill my secondary insurance before contacting me for additional payment. It’s frustrating to repeatedly receive collection-style phone calls for balances that should have been submitted to my secondary insurance first. If the billing process were improved, I would gladly give this office five stars.And to be honest, I don’t think it is their local billing department, it is a call center of some sort.

  Hygienist and dentist are amazing. So nice to have people who will address my son at his level and make him comfortable

  This is an excellent dental clinic. The dentist was very professional, kind, and helpful. The quality of care was great, and the prices were very reasonable. My children really enjoyed their visit. I highly recommend this clinic.
