I truly had a five star experience today at Audio Nova in Livermore! I went in because my hearing aid charger didn't seem to be working. I met with Rene who not only checked my charger, but thoroughly checked and cleaned my hearing aids, and gave me a complete hearing exam. In addition, she worked with me to adjust the clarity and volume of the hearing aids, and updated the wiring to get it just right . Rene was very helpful and knowledgable and provided a comprehensive explanation of my test results. I highly recommend Audio Nova and Rene!

Holly, the patient coordinator was friendly and helpful. She resolved my problem in a safe and very efficient manner. I would definitely recommend Connect Hearing and I will use their services when needed. Thank you!

The staff is awesome and very patient. Admitting that you need hearing assistance is daunting. They approached it with care, preserving my dignity and solved my problems with a phenomenal pair of Phonak aids!!! Judith Connolly
