- TDTrish DApr 20, 20265.0I truly had a five star experience today at Audio Nova in Livermore! I went in because my hearing aid charger didn't seem to be working. I met with Rene who not only checked my charger, but thoroughly checked and cleaned my hearing aids, and gave me a complete hearing exam. In addition, she worked with me to adjust the clarity and volume of the hearing aids, and updated the wiring to get it just right . Rene was very helpful and knowledgable and provided a comprehensive explanation of my test results. I highly recommend Audio Nova and Rene!
