- PPPamela De PueOct 6, 20261.0Yes I thought I was going to get two pair of designer glasses for fairly cheap and it ended up being almost $1,000 so I said I wanted to change and just go back to their value package in which case I only get one pair of glasses that cost $29 for the frame plus my script which is simple, not progressives, no stigmatisms and I didn't realize the price until I got home it's still over $200. So I called them the next morning and told them I didn't want those ones either and she said they couldn't do anything about it at this point, they have to wait until the glasses are made and then they can give me a refund on it. Is that stupid or what? So yeah I'm not real happy with my experience with them at all..........

I called regarding a prescription I was given because the glasses I received have been hurting my eyes for weeks. It’s possible there was a mistake with the prescription, and I simply wanted someone to address the issue. Instead, the woman I spoke with immediately had a rude and dismissive attitude. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me and then hung up the phone. I called back and spoke with the manager, but unfortunately, the experience was no different. There was no patience, professionalism, or willingness to help. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when they are calling about a potential problem with their prescription. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store.

They gave me several brands and prescription strengths to trial when I was unsure about which contacts may work well for me. I’m older now and contacts are a bit trickier as your near vision changes. They’ve been great though and very helpful. They also are really nice about tightening the screws on my glasses for me. I pop in quite often. Happy with the services and will keep going there
