  horrible terrible vile despicable place and people. i had a root canal, multiple cavities filled, and a deep cleaning and the lack of empathy and professionalism from not only the dentist but the dental assistants was ASTOUNDING. i remarked to the dentist during my root canal that i could "feel it a little" and i got told "a little doesnt matter" and they continued to work until i was in tears, shaking, and crying out from the pain in an induced panic attack. these people are AWFUL. do not go here. do not take your children here.

  This place is disgusting. First the dentist was late then I had to fill out all these forms that were from 2019 then they couldn’t get their Internet up then I finally got called in for the x-rays. The machine was broke. It took x-rays, but it was broke. That place was so filthy. I have to call somebody on him as I sat down in the chair the same person that gave me the x-rays on their broken machine is now cleaning my teeth. She doesn’t even know how to clean teeth. I have been too many Dentist I know and when you look up at the light, it was disgusting. It was filthy. That whole place was filthy. I sure hope I don’t catch something.

  Pros: staff is nice. Cons: facilities are outdated, and regardless of appointment time (morning or afternoon) or service provided (quick cleaning, fillings, etc.), the wait was far too long, often exceeding an hour before even being called from the waiting room! I spent way more time waiting than being worked on, and I felt rushed once I was being taken care of. Obviously understaffed and in need of some significant improvements.

  Very disappointed with my cleaning. I have never had just a polish and floss for my cleaning. They wanted $185. Out of my pocket for a deep cleaning that should have been covered by my insurance. Still in shock that they called a polish and floss a cleaning? I am in contact with my insurance and they are shocked about this waiting for my case manager about this grievance. Not going back.
