  The absolute worst experience. My husband was told to report at 9:00 am for a 9:30 am surgery. As of 2:00 pm, he was just coming out of surgery—nearly five hours after we were told to arrive. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the waiting room was completely empty. There weren’t other families waiting or any obvious reason for such a significant delay. The impact of this kind of scheduling goes beyond inconvenience. Families arrange their entire day around a scheduled surgery time—taking time off work, arranging transportation, managing medications and fasting requirements, and sitting for hours worried about their loved one. If a surgery is scheduled for a certain time, there should be a reasonable expectation that the facility will operate somewhere close to that schedule, or at minimum communicate clearly when there is a substantial delay.

  GREAT NURSES, GREAT EMPLOYEES, BUT SOMETIMES IT TAKE A COUPLE HOURS JUST TO GET IN THE BACK

  I'm rating 5 because ones at the front desk (like Daisy G.) do everything possible to help patients on an individual basis & are so easy to talk to about any questions or concerns you have. The staff in the back (like Jade & Maria) ensure your procedure goes well & that you're not there any longer than necessary. Thank you Embassy Surgery Center for such exceptional care!

  I went to Embassy Surgery Center to have some procedure of my lower back pain with Dr. Farrukh, the personnel were very nice, polite, friendly and the most important thing they're very professional, the nurses explained step by step all the process and they treat you very well and care about my comfort and care, overall I had a great experience with them, thanks to all the personnel and Dr. Farrukh 😀👍
