  My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and this office was so professional and caring after being to numerous dentists they are the only ones that advised against a procedure the others wanted to do,this showed us it wasnt about money, office staff walked her through everything and made her feel extremely comfortable we will definitely be back dont let the location scare you thank you again

  I believe this dental office is more focused on money than patient care. When I first brought my daughter here, I was told she needed a root canal. A couple of months later, when I returned, I was told she no longer needed the root canal but instead required four crowns and a filling. I originally came here because my daughter had a broken filling with a cavity, but the treatment plan quickly expanded into multiple additional procedures that felt excessive. The tooth that was extracted was one that had previously been filled. I was told it needed to be removed, but I do not believe the extraction was necessary. What is most concerning is that the treatment plan appears to have been changed during the course of treatment saying she needed a tooth extraction, which made no sense to me. I only became aware of this change today. If this was the plan, it should have been communicated to me during my visit last week before any decisions were made. Unfortunately, I had to return to this office because this is where her previous dental work was done, and other providers would not treat her without requiring an out-of-pocket payment. Based on my experience, I will not be returning to this dental office in the future. I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before scheduling treatment here.

  I went to this practice a few weeks ago. The oral surgeon & some assistants were extremely condescending and rude. Some of the other assistants were very sweet though.

  I just want to say that my experience was phenomenal! And that is all thanks to Crystal! I had the best experience getting a deep cleaning by her. She took her time, she was very professional, efficient and attentive! I’ve had deep cleanings before and they were very painful but she has changed my views on dental care because she really does CARE! I will never forget that experience! Thank you so much Dental Specialty Care of Lancaster!
