I've been coming to this location for 5 years and I love my experience everytime. They are professional, friendly and timely. I've had a few different doctors that have performed my exams over the years and they've all been great. I drive from Redondo Beach to this location because for me the experience is worth it. It also seems to be a mostly women ran place from the associates to the doctors. I've also seen many families come to this location with babies and little ones so its also family friendly.

My wife bought a nice but expensive pair of prescription glasses from LensCrafters with the scratch resistant extra. With normal wear, they were showing scratches. The company said the scratches were not covered. Why pay extra for a service that they did not stand behind?

Sashy was attentive to my measurement peculiarities. I prefer my progressive heights a certain way and she took time to make sure I was satisfied. She also recommended an anti reflective coating made specifically to aid with driving reflections. This will definitely be beneficial since I spend long trips on the road.

LensCrafters at Lakewood center is absolutely the best. Amazing Optometrists, Wonderful technicians and very helpful Optical support specialist. Dr. Tranh was amazing, patient, and very meticulous in explaining details and recommendation related to my eyes. He was in no rush and made sure that I was comfortable and all tests were throughly explained in details.
At the retail store, I had the most pleasant and wonderful experience with team member Jonathan who was extremely helpful, patient and went out of the way to help me select, explain why bc certain fitments won’t work and helped me select choices till I was satisfied.
Amazing experience that had made me a customer for good and will always go back to this location. I highly recommend this optical center at Lakewood Center.

Came by last minute to find new glasses because my last pair just broke and I need them for work. But it was the worst experience. Usually all the employees are great but tonight (Friday July 24) the 2 women working were so unhelpful!!! If you don't like your jobs, you should just find new jobs. I'll be going to another location instead to avoid another encounter with these women
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
