So helpful! My sunglasses were accidentally stepped on by a friend and they straightened out my sunglasses with no charge. This is the second pair of glasses they saved for me. I love everyone at Lens Crafters. Great glasses, eye exams and employees. I highly recommend the location in the Lakewood Mall.

I’ve been coming to LensCrafters for the past five years to get me and my son’s eyeglasses and eye exams this year, my experience wasn’t Pleasant as it used to be I believe that the staff need to be retrained on how they treat Customers. This year I made an appointment for me and my son on March 21, However, when I arrived, my son only had an appointment for that day. I was devastated because I need glasses for work. It’s on my cell drivers license and I’m due for a new pair. I’ve finally had time to pick up my son glasses today. I came in at 10:00 AM this morning on April 15 only one person was in the lobby. When I arrived and I tried to see if I could get a walk -in, One of your lady staff members ran my insurance and told me we no longer accept the insurance I said how is that possible? I was just here a month ago.. I called my insurance company and they told me they do accept my insurance. I lost my spot in line and they tried to move me to a later time, but I don’t have that type of time to sit there and wait. I live on the other side of town so now I’m here again without glasses again. Today I wanted to buy two Meta glasses for me and my mom and my traditional prescription glasses you lost out on a customer I’ve been coming to you guys for years. I will no longer be back. I hope that you guys understand that you need to train your employees with better customer service skills you guys lost out on money today. The main reason I came to pick up glasses you guys were looking to see if you can make money off of something that was already paid for thanks for treating me with bad Customer Service. It made me realize how people are so inconsiderate of other people.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
