  wife's been here. here with my son now. i have not made an appointment myself as all dentists vetenarians and mechanics are profit first businesses but will see how it goes. not like we have much choice with which places take our insurance. staring at a 3 star since it is a nice office they seem courteous, checkin was on a tablet instead of a clipboard. appt was for 10 it's 1030 now hasn't been called but that kinda typical. I will update the review after the appointment. if we use them, go elsewhere or mexico.

  I had a confirmed appointment at 4:00pm. I received a text the day of at 3pm confirming my 4pm appointment. When I arrived at 3:50pm the doors were locked. I called the office and the recording said they were closed. The hours on the office stated open till 6pm. Why would they close at 4pm and not call me???? Not happy at all. Not very professional. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

  I went to this dental office for years as a child, from kindergarten through ninth grade, for routine teeth cleanings and never had a problem. When I turned 18, I returned as a cash-paying patient for a teeth cleaning. After I paid for X-rays and an examination, the dentist recommended that I have a deep cleaning. I respectfully declined the deep cleaning and requested a routine cleaning instead. At that point, a male employee at the front desk refused to provide me with a routine cleaning. He refused me service altogether and made me leave the office because I would not agree to the recommended deep cleaning. I walked away and never did business with this office again. I went directly across the street to a competing dental office. That dentist also recommended a deep cleaning, but unlike this office, they were happy to respect my decision and provide me with a routine cleaning instead. Every dentist I have seen since has likewise been willing to provide a routine cleaning even when a deep cleaning was recommended. Years later, I still have all 32 of my natural teeth, no new cavities, and have never needed a bridge or crown. My teeth are healthy, and I have never had a deep cleaning in my lifetime. Unfortunately, my experience with this office became even worse when I called today to follow up about what happened. A female employee deliberately disconnected the call while I was speaking. She also refused to speak with me unless I provided my name and transferred my call while I was still talking. I was then connected with a female office manager. When I respectfully asked for her name, she refused to provide it and repeatedly responded to my question with questions of her own rather than simply identifying herself. She then deliberately disconnected the call while I was still speaking. I never used profanity. Considering that I was a patient here for years as a child, it is disappointing that my experience as an adult resulted in being refused service and made to leave the office because I declined a deep cleaning, followed years later by employees and management disconnecting calls while I was speaking.

  I hope everyone who reads this review thinks twice before making an appointment here as there’s so many negative reviews on this place, and this needed to be shared and brought to the owner’s/management attention, because in no way should my opinion being expressed in a review (which I have every right to do btw) should I be receiving THREATENING texts and messages from a girl that I don’t even know lol. I already wrote a review on yelp I think 7 or 8 months ago about the customer service I received from Melissa, the desk receptionist, who did not help me at my appointment. I’m rewriting my review again (updated it on yelp as well) and adding it here as this is not something to take lightly. Apparently leaving a negative review on customer service here you’ll receive threatening text messages; I’m not sure if Linda is employed here or a friend of Melissa’s, but she tried to befriend me on yelp and said she was finna jump me, and then texted me THROUGH YELP that i’m not the ceo and maybe it’s MY lack of self awareness. I have the screenshots attached to this review for proof.
