Horrible new dentist at this location. Tries to upsell and make it seem like there's something wrong with your teeth when there's not! Was told I possibly needed a root canal and got another exam somewhere else and said I was fine!!!!! RUN!!!!!

Worst and last experience I've had here. The hygienist seemed like she didn't know what she was doing while cleaning (she was struggling), never cleaned the back of any of my teeth, and rushed cleaning (cleaned for literally 2 minutes). Dr. Miller is gone so I probably won't come back.

I've been coming here for over 15 years and I experienced the service dwindling the last 2 visits. From failing to contact me to set an appointment to canceling the day of, the dentist and his helper dismissing me when I continued to bring up the issues I was feeling when on their seat. They left a voicemail stating they were calling from WESTERN DENTAL CENTER, THEN NOTICED THE MISTAKE AND HUNG UP. the last person to conduct my cleaning must have messed up and there is abrasion on my tooth. Also, the dentist left a big gap and now I have to floss more than the usual to ensure that food that gets stuck NOW is cleaned out.

I had my number 14 tooth root canal done. I had a temporary crown put in. They charge me $1795 for copay with my old insurance United Concordia. I changed my dental insurance to PPO with my husband. It is March already. Before I confirmed my appointment for tomorrow. I asked the person calling me am I seeing the specialist who’ll put in my permanent crown. Since I was already charged on my care credit. The guy on the other line says no it’s for consultation. I said I don’t need cosultation. I made appointment to get my crown done. I was there last January for consultation with Dr Herrera. Then the guys I’m talking to said you can talk to Maria, financial person. I said I don’t want to talk to her. I want to talk to your manager. I’m charged on my credit card for the permanent crown. If you guys are not going to schedule me with Dr miller. I’ll dispute this charge. And go to another dentist who’ll complete it for me. The representative said the manager is not in. Mind you it’s only 4 pm. I’ve to call or come in after 9 am. So I told the representative can you relay the message to your manager tomorrow. So I don’t have to explain what’s going on. He said okay. He said do you want to talk to Maria, financial rep. I said for what, so I can get the run around? I said NO! So if you want to get charged a lot of money. Because this dental company refuse to use the insurance that’ll help out their customer less money to pay for copay. This dental company isn’t for our services. Because they’ll look for charges that’ll appeal more to their pockets. And if they know you have care credit. They’ll show you the crown that has the yellow lining last more than the crown that has the black lining that can potentially harm your crown. Is less money. So I chose the one that cost more. But I still don’t have the permanent crown. So what should you do if you were in my situation? After they’re done putting my permanent crown. I’m looking for another honest dentist office.
