  This location seems to have or keep up with their demands way better than other locations. I will make this my default store. Thanks to the helpful staff I truly appreciate the good/fast customer service.

  Quería comprar unos productos, fui 3 veces y siempre está cerrado. También fui al de longbeach y también cerrado, siempre en horario comercial y a diferentes horas. Desastroso.

  I had a very unpleasant experience a few days agowith an employee named Jaime. From the beginning, Jaime was very rude, making faces and not clearly explaining himself. What made the situation worse was that my coworker came in about 30 minutes after I did, and Jaime apparently went on a rant to her about the situation. He even called me "stupid" and a "bozo," which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I spoke with the manager the following day to explain what happened. During that conversation, I was told that Jaime claimed that he was overwhelmed and that I had "mocked" him. Regardless of how he was feeling, being overwhelmed does not excuse insulting a customer or discussing the situation with another customer/employee in that manner. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

  I never leave reviews but, Jed Michael is AMAZING! He is so nice and helpful. He made my husband Lawrence and I experience at GNC very welcoming.
