Dr. Tran's staff are professional and knowledgeable about insurance questions; what is and is not covered, etc. However, the best part is visiting Dr. Tran herself! She's truly a kind, caring, friendly individual. Her knowledge of the eye is extensive and if you should have any questions, she's happy to spend some time to answer them. The office is easy to find inside the Lakewood Target, next to the CVS Pharmacy and has convenient hours.

She takes the time to really listen and understand my eyes and what they actually need, rather than pushing unnecessary products or services. She’s also incredibly personable and easy to talk to—I never felt judged when explaining my concerns, which made a huge difference in my overall experience. In the past, I’ve had experiences (elsewhere) where appointments felt more sales-focused which made the whole experience frustrating. Here, it’s completely different. She corrected my vision accurately, without overcomplicating anything, and I haven’t had any issues since. It’s such a relief to finally find a doctor who genuinely prioritizes patient care over sales. Highly recommend. 11/10 if I could rate that way
