  Shelley is wonderful! She really takes the time to understand your experience and is very gentle throughout the process. If you’re very body aware then the experience is very tangible. I experienced relaxation much more deeply than a traditional massage would yield, which feels like “the root” of the pain is being addressed. I will definitely be returning for more sessions!

  A wonderful experience with Shelley! I felt instantly relaxed as I walked in to her beautiful treatment room that was tastefully decorated. Not just beautiful but informative. The heated massage bed was so relaxing and she was so professional and clean. Can’t wait to continue treatment and improve my body and health.

  I have suffered from bladder pain syndrome and pelvic floor dysfunction issues for 30 years. MFR has been an invaluable tool to add to my treatment modality kit. I am so grateful to Shelley for helping to jump start my MFR journey, and for the first time in a long time, I have hope that I can regain control of my chronic pain and not let it control me.

  I have been seeing Shelley for her Child Birth Prep sessions in my third trimester of pregnancy. In a time of my life when I feel so vulnerable and overwhelmed with my changing body, Shelley really makes me feel relaxed and in tune with my changing body. She makes me feel so comfortable and really works on areas to help prep me for a successful delivery. I’m very grateful for Shelley and her talents with MFR. UPDATE: my delivery went incredibly smooth! For a first time mom, it’s unheard of only having to push 3 times! It was easy and my baby was in the optimal position for delivery! Thank you Shelley!!
