I love how the HOT classes are actually hot, highly recommend trying out instructor Cheryl!! She is my favorite. This studio is very spacious and I strongly suggest you try a clean, cold, relaxing oil-infused towel they always have prepared for you after your hot class. You will end your workout perfectly. :-) Fantastic studio!
