  I'm old and I've been having therapeutic massages for 45 years which puts me easily over 150 of them. Even so, it wasn't until my first Stretch Lab session that I realized the only part I ever enjoyed was the stretching. I'm not the brightest guy but geesh I wish someone would have told me about Stretch Lab a lot sooner. Everyone I've met at the Laguna Niguel location and everyone I've worked with has been great. And then . . . and then there's Aubrey. After every single session I'm so relaxed it feels like I've had a couple of martinis -- and I don't even drink. I can't say enough about how much I value these appointments. Thank you Aubrey and thank you Laguna Niguel Stretch Lab for providing a truly valuable service and doing so in a phenomenal way.

  I am a first time visitor to Stretch Lab (or any stretch assistance). Lauren was my flexologist and she was great. She has a great energy and explained everything to me. Payton was very kind and helpful, she explained memberships to me but did not pressure me which I appreciated. Will return to see Lauren and Payton again.

  *2nd update - StretchLab corporate just sent me a very kind and professional email, and it’s very clear that Jorden in Laguna Niguel does not accurately reflect the organization. Thank you StretchLab for making things right! That’s real customer service!* *update - Jorden just emailed me and said “there was no need to get that aggressive with a woman over the phone” um excuse me what? Aggressive? Woman? These are the type of desperate attempts people in the wrong make to smear and threaten others. Like my complaint had anything to do with her gender, it had everything to do with their policy. Again just absolutely shocking!!! Wow!!!!* Received an extremely rude lecture on the phone from the GM Jorden while cancelling my membership, when all I did was mention how difficult it was to cancel compared to other places! Wow! She said she was having a bad day, but it actually was quite shocking! Make sure you are getting the best offer because they charge different customers different prices (I found that out when they mistakenly txted me an offer I wasn't supposed to see, oops!). I have 4 more stretches that I have already paid for which will now be extremely awkward. That being said Peter is incredible and I highly recommend him, he’s also become a great friend.
