  Be aware before signing up. I tried to cancel my membership and it turned into a very frustrating experience. No one responded to my cancellation requests for weeks. Eventually, someone called me back and told me I needed to fill out a cancellation form. I submitted it, and was then told the cancellation would take a couple of months to process — meaning I would still be charged for additional months. A year later, I discovered they were still charging me. Because I had changed my credit card, those charges turned into a “balance” they now claim I owe. When I called, I was told I am still under contract and obligated to pay — even though I haven’t been there for a year and had already submitted a cancellation form. On top of that, I ended up paying around $2,000 for time I never even attended. This feels extremely unfair and misleading. It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel a membership, and customers shouldn’t have to fight to stop being charged after they’ve clearly requested to cancel. Be very careful before committing — it may be much harder to get out than you expect.
