- VSvalerie sandApr 29, 20265.0Pilates both strengthens and stretches. After 2 months I feel much stronger. The facility here is large, clean, and well supplied with all the Pilates equipment. Trish is a great teacher. I am retired, and the workout is good for all ages.

Specifically didn’t give any breathing cues for breath work that is important to Pilates. Overall I was disappointed in the class.
