  Dr. Dennis is an excellent Auiologist who is skilled and experienced in her profession. She also represents Pronak, the highest rated manufacturer of AI hearing aids for people like me who have moderate to severe hearing loss. The improvement she made in my hearing was dramatic not just incremental. .

  They made it very simple for me to select and purchase hearing aids. They described in easy to understand terms the current state of the art in hearing aids: how they adapt to different sound environments, how they are programmed to solve my specific hearing problems, and how they can easily integrate into my lifestyle (essentially replacing my usual earbuds as I can listen to music or take phone calls with them). They also offered a complete maintenance package that covers the life of the devices, including periodic hearing tests, device maintenance and even a lost-device program.

  I give this office in Laguna Hills, CA my highest recommendation. I especially appreciate the help from Sylvia Bittner in the front office . She is very helpful with explaining, cleaning, and if necessary working with the factory to clear up any problems with the hearing aids. .
